Chef’s Table Experience - Day 3
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Wine Tasting & Cheese Demo
Ease into the afternoon with a relaxed tasting led by Fontanafredda Winery. Chef Nancy will offer small bites and cheese pairings, sharing her inspiration and approach behind each selection. A casually elegant experience of wine, flavor, and conversation. Reservations are required.
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Lunch at Delphine
Grilled features on the beach by Chefs Ludo Lefebvre and Jonathan Sawyer, paired with rosé, champagne, and ocean views. Delphine’s regular à la carte menu will also be available. A DJ set will keep the energy flowing throughout the afternoon.
It’s the final day—soak it in, savor the flavors, and linger a little longer.

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Lunch at Beach Club
A sushi and sashimi lunch by the sea. Fresh, bright, and perfectly coastal. Reservations are required.
7:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Dinner at Mozza
A special four-course dinner by Nancy Silverton and guest chef Hillary Sterling. The evening features a collaborative menu with alternating courses, highlighting each chef’s distinctive style and their shared passion for bold, seasonal flavors. A celebratory close to a weekend of culinary creativity and connection.
