Sail the Sea of Cortez under the Baja sun and enjoy the freshest oysters prepared by a guest chef specializing in this delicacy—paired perfectly with a glass of champagne. Up to 25 guests.
Chef’s Table Experience - Day 2
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Lunch at Delphine
Grilled features on the beach by Chefs Ludo Lefebvre and Jonathan Sawyer, paired with rosé, champagne, and ocean views. Delphine’s regular à la carte menu will also be available. A DJ set will keep the energy flowing throughout the afternoon. Reservations are required. Menu offered at à la carte pricing.
7:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Dinner at Mozza
A special four-course dinner by Nancy Silverton and guest chef Hillary Sterling. The evening features a collaborative menu with alternating courses, highlighting each chef’s distinctive style and their shared passion for bold, seasonal flavors.
Reservations required. $250 USD + tax per adult (includes wines by Fontanafredda Winery). $125 USD per child under 12.
